Omni AI utilizes a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) architecture. **All API Keys, configurations, and conversation histories are stored strictly in your browser's local storage (`chrome.storage.local`).**

We do not operate any intermediate servers to proxy your requests. Your data is never uploaded, transferred, shared, or processed by us or any third parties, except the specific AI providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Anthropic, Google) you choose to configure.

2. Interaction with Third-Party APIs

When you chat using Omni AI, the extension sends your prompt and chat history directly to the official API endpoints of the providers you have configured. These transmissions are encrypted via secure HTTPS protocols. Your credentials and usage are subject to the respective privacy policies of those provider companies (e.g., DeepSeek Privacy Policy, OpenAI Terms & Policies).

3. Pro License Verification

If you choose to purchase an Omni Pro License, your license activation key is verified against a lightweight worker script to validate activation. No personal identifier information is sent or logged during this process.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Omni AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the extension. You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with all applicable local regulations and browser store policies.

2. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Responsibility

Omni AI is a client-side interface tool. We do not provide API access credits or keys. You must acquire your own API keys from LLM providers. **You are solely responsible for any costs, usage bills, or token charges incurred on your keys directly by the provider platforms.**

3. Pro License Code Purchase & Refunds

The Pro License is sold via Creem. A purchase yields a digital license activation key that activates premium features locally. Since this is a digital product instantly delivered, refund policies are handled under Creem terms. For support or refund queries, contact support@omniai.sbs.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Omni AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the utility will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with future browser API updates.
